The Amalfi Coast is STUNNINGLY beautiful and one of the most romantic places to tie the knot. I love this gorgeous slice of paradise for a wedding for countless reasons, but mainly because every corner is picture-perfect.
From colorful seaside towns and magical villas to towering cliffs and luxury hotels, there’s a perfect wedding location for almost any couple.
Not to mention, you’ll love the food and weather in Italy. They’re both out of this world!
The Amalfi Coast is easily one of my favorite locations for a destination wedding because every venue is a dream!

Grand Hotel Convento
Amalfi, Italy
The Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi is a luxurious hotel that sits on top of a cliff overlooking the coast. Although it feels private, it’s just a few minutes from town.
Once a 13th-century monastery, the hotel features various gorgeous spaces for your wedding. There are also sleek hotel rooms for you and your guests, 2 on-site restaurants, an infinity pool, and a spa. This is an all-around ideal Amalfi wedding location!
Hotel Caruso
Ravello, Italy
If you’re dreaming of an exclusive Amalfi Coast wedding, Hotel Caruso is the place for you! Once an 11th-century palace, this hotel sits on top of a cliff and is one of Italy’s most romantic locations.
You’ll feel like royalty at Hotel Caruso, with a panoramic infinity pool, a private beach, fine dining, and lavish rooms. You can have your ceremony in the flawless 900-year-old Duomo and your reception in the Italian gardens surrounded by rose bushes.

May and September are the best months to go to the Amalfi Coast for the best weather and fewer crowds. However, any time of year on the Amalfi Coast is amazing! Just beware that summer gets *beyond* crowded and very hot – but if that doesn’t bother you, have at it! Just be sure to book your vendors, venue, accommodations and boat rentals in advance, and don’t forget dinner reservations throughout your trip!
The weather is nice year-round, and the views are always incredible. So you can’t go wrong with any time you choose to get married on the Amalfi Coast.
